Weymouth and Portland National Sailing academy was buzzing with action at the weekend when the RYA hosted their roadshow.
The event designed to encourage the next wave of Olympic hopefuls, involved sailers not taking part in the Rio Olympics, helping to run the taster classes.
I went along to film the event for BBC South West, with packages used in Sundays and Mondays broadcasts.
