The ancient custom of Wassailing the apple trees in Bridport Community Orchard was performed recently. The tradition to help guarantee a good harvest involves caring off evil spirits and freeing the trees with last years apple juice (cider). I had the pleasure of recording this year's event for BBC Spotlight.
